Mr. Stewart Wilson has extensive experience in business acquisitions and restructuring. Mr. Wilson served on several boards of directors including the Schulich School of Business at York University, the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, the Royal Ontario Museum, the National Ballet of Canada, the Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment Team Up Foundation. In 2007, he was granted the Institute Certified Director Designation (ICD.D) by the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Samanta chow

Ms. Samanta Chow is a Professional Chemist, who graduated from Dalhousie University in 1994. Ms. Chow brings extensive expertise in environmental, material, and physical research. 

STEPHEN W. STEWART

Mr. Stephen W. Stewart has more than 35 years experience in the corporate consultancy industry. He served on several boards including MasterCard Canada, Loblaws Group of Companies, Magna International, Centric Health and public hospitals. Mr. Stewart's expertise includes project financing, credit-tenant leases, corporate recapitalizations, and strategic partnerships.

Mr Howard Yun has been involved in the construction business for more than 10 years, most of which have been in engineering and business development.  Mr Yun is the Co-Founder of Airworks® Portable Air Conditioners line sold in retail locations across North America, such as Sears, Home Depot, and Costco. Mr Yun has been involved in many contracting and consulting positions prior to joining VSK Ecological Solutions.

MAXIM NECHAEV
director of operations

Mr Maxim Nechaev brings vast experience in shaping strategic agenda for company growth. Prior to joining VSK Ecological Solutions in 2018,

Mr Nechaev worked at a large North American utilities company managing various aspects of communications, government relations, stakeholder relations and crisis management, being instrumental in growth of  project portfolios and strategic partnerships.

ivan saveliev

director of information technology

Mr. Ivan Saveliev joined VSK Ecological Solutions in February of 2014. He most recently led the IT Project Management Office for a Fortune'500 company where he directed implementation of new network, technology and software during the change of operational systems.
Mr. Saveliev holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Master of Science degree. He also has his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on information systems.
